Let’s end 2019 with an awesome evening of tumbling! I’m hosting two workshops on December 30th teaching some crowd favourites.

Back Handspring Basics is for those who do not have their back handspring mastered yet. This workshop will breakdown back handsprings & get participants understanding the mechanics of the skill & working on executing back handsprings safely with solid technique.
- Back walkover (on at least one side)
- 30 second straight handstand hold at wall
- 15 consecutive shoulder shrugs in handstand at wall
- Able to kick up to straight handstand in centre with control
Advanced Acrobatic Tumbling is best suited for seasoned Acro dancers, gymnasts, tumblers, cheerleaders, or other athletes with past tumbling experience. In this workshop we will work to build strong technique, strength, power, & confidence in more advanced tumbling skills such as back tucks, front aerials, side aerial variations, running tumbling, etc. This workshop is for the participants who are ready to push their tumbling skills to the next level.
